Terms of Service

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after inspection.

A written or verbal quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (30–50% depending on the project).

We reserve the right to refuse orders that are not feasible or are outside our area of expertise.

A deposit of 30–50% of the total order value is required before production begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.

We accept cash and bank transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Standard lead time is 3–7 working days from the date of deposit payment.

Express orders may be available for an additional fee — please inquire at the time of ordering.

Timelines may be affected by material availability or order complexity. We will notify you of any changes promptly.

Design changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges and extend the lead time.

Cancellations made before production begins will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations after production has begun are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

We will communicate openly about any issues that arise during production.

Delivery within Da Nang is available for large items. Delivery fees may apply.

Items must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. Storage fees may apply after this period.

Tân Trang is not responsible for damage that occurs during customer-arranged transport.

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery or pickup.

This guarantee covers defects in stitching, fabric attachment, and structural work performed by Tân Trang.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Items brought in for repair are assessed as-is; we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

Tân Trang reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
