You can place an order by visiting us in person, calling us, or contacting us via Zalo or Facebook.
For reupholstery or repair work, please bring in the item or send clear photos for an initial estimate.
Custom orders require confirmation of measurements and material selection before production begins.
Please let us know of any special requirements at the time of ordering.
A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm your order.
Final payment is due upon completion of the work.
We accept cash and bank transfer (QR code available).
Receipts are provided upon request.
Please ensure items brought in for reupholstery are reasonably clean.
We will inspect the item upon arrival and advise on the best course of action.
If structural repairs are needed beyond the original scope, we will inform you before proceeding and adjust the quote accordingly.
We take great care with all items entrusted to us.
In the unlikely event of damage caused by our workshop, we will repair or replace the affected work at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left uncollected for more than 30 days.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins.
Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances and will provide a full refund if we do so.
We offer a range of fabrics and materials from our catalog.
Customers may supply their own material — we will advise on suitability.
We are not responsible for the quality or performance of customer-supplied materials.
Delivery within Da Nang is available for sofas and large items.
Delivery fees will be quoted in advance.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during customer-arranged transport or after delivery is complete.
We maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff.
Customer information is used only to process orders and communicate about your project.
We do not share your personal information with third parties.
Full payment of the remaining balance is required before items are released for pickup or delivery.
